Here at our center, we diagnose and treat cases of high blood pressure, and this is part of a strategy that urges patients to follow up periodically, take daily readings, exercise, and avoid unhealthy habits. What distinguishes us is that we also take advice from the nutritionist in the clinic. When high blood pressure is controlled, this prevents complications.

You see many cases of pressure come without symptoms and this is what is called the silent killer, so we must take blood pressure readings every period, and the older we get, the more times we need to take them for prevention and to avoid reaching a state of harm.

If you have high blood pressure that’s makes he heart has to work harder to pump blood called hypertension.

Hypertension: is a blood pressure reading of 130\80 or higher.

The four categories for the hypertension :

1-      Normal Hypertension: blood pressure less than 120\80

2-      Elevated blood pressure: the range of reading 120 -129 for systolic reading \ 80 for diastolic reading here called just elevation blood pressure

3-      Stage 1 Hypertension: the reading for this stage start from 130-139\80-89

4-      Stage 2 hypertension L the reading here high above 140 \above 90

If you don’t treat the elevation of blood pressure that’s will be increase the risk of multiple diseases and dangerous situation such as Heart attack.

Usually you need check your reading every two to three years at the young people and more frequents at older than.

I see the healthy life styles such as not smoking, exercising and eat healthy can help prevent risk to have hypertension.

Some of the patient needs medicine to treat the elevation of blood pressure and some just on the healthy life style can treat the hypertension.
